Hayley Brown

Hayley Brown is an award-winning Pilates Educator, Rehabilitation and Performance Specialist and the founder of The Pilates Rehab Method™, with over a decade of clinical experience. She holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine from UCL and is a DHA Licensed Sports Therapist working in MSK physiotherapy.

Hayley has trained and assessed instructors across multiple certification pathways internationally, working as a Pilates Instructor Trainer and Examiner, and has received five industry awards recognising her contribution to Pilates, rehabilitation and education.

Alongside her educator role, Hayley works clinically with a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports injury and performance presentations, from athletes returning to sport to clients in everyday rehabilitation, with particular expertise in lower back, hip and lumbopelvic work. She works closely with leading orthopaedic surgeons, particularly hip and spinal specialists, who refer patients directly to her for both pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation.

The Pilates Rehab Method™ was developed from years of clinical practice and working alongside medical specialists. It has two sides. The first is the clinical approach Hayley uses with her own clients, taking them through musculoskeletal injury, sports and performance, and rehabilitation. The second is an education pathway that grew from it, built to upskill instructors so they can bring genuine rehabilitation understanding into their own Pilates practice. It rests on a single belief: that the greatest gap for most instructors is not a lack of exercise knowledge, but a lack of clinical reasoning and an understanding of why they are making the decisions they make.
