1:1 Rehabilitation & Pilates-Based Rehab
For sports injury, lower back, hip and SIJ problems, pre and postnatal rehabilitation, return to exercise and post-operative recovery.
See the OptionsNot everyone fits a set programme, and not everyone needs one.
Some people want to do Pilates but have an injury or history that makes a generic class feel like a gamble. Some are mid-way through training for something and can't afford to lose weeks to a niggle. Some have finished physio and been told to "keep doing your exercises," without ever being told what comes next. And some are pregnant or postnatal and want guidance built around their body, not a generic prenatal or postnatal class.
What these all have in common is that a standard programme, however well designed, is built for someone else's body. Working with me directly is built for yours.
Who This Is For
Individual guidance through pregnancy or postnatal return to Pilates, running, strength training or general exercise, including rebuilding a core or lumbopelvic region that feels weak or disconnected.
Runners, gym-goers and athletes managing an injury or recurring problem that's affecting training or performance, and who need rehabilitation that accounts for what they actually want to return to.
Lower back, hip, SIJ, knee, shoulder and other musculoskeletal presentations, including recurring injuries, post-operative return, or rehab that's plateaued and needs reassessing.
You want to do Pilates specifically, but an injury or history means you don't feel confident walking into a generic class or working with an instructor without a clinical background.
You don't just need a list of exercises. You need to understand what your body needs, why, and how to progress it.
The Difference
Rather than prescribing exercises based simply on where something hurts, I assess your history, symptoms, movement and goals, then use clinical reasoning built on a rehabilitation background and advanced Pilates expertise to determine what you need and how your rehabilitation should progress.
That combination, rehabilitation expertise and advanced Pilates expertise together, is what all three ways of working with me are built on.
Three Ways to Work With Me
A single online session where I assess your history, symptoms and movement, and give you clear clinical direction on what's going on and what to do about it.
Right for you if you want expert input before deciding what to do next, a second opinion, or guidance on a specific issue without committing to a full plan.
Book a ConsultationAssessment, clinical planning, a teaching session and your own individual rehabilitation and Pilates plan to follow independently, built specifically around your injury, history and goals.
Right for you if your presentation doesn't fit a standard programme and you want something designed and taught around you, with everything you need to work through independently afterwards.
Book a Personalised PlanOngoing individual sessions with me, live online, combining rehabilitation and Pilates so your programme keeps evolving as you progress.
Right for you if you want to keep working with me personally over time rather than following a plan independently, particularly for more complex or ongoing presentations.
